It is supportive for this new sense I have that it is ok to serve by being in present Moment and notice what interests me, then follow that to see if something 'responds' back. I'm slowly disentangling from the 'I'm almost enough' feeling. I also love the information about the pendulum swings between Insight and thought, Creativity and control Thank you I love the clarity of this message.
