This clip is from the meeting held February 25, 2009 in Sonoma, CA.
This was the first meeting where Eloheim came through with my eyes open for the entire meeting. The week before, there were long stretches of eyes open and in the intervening days, the private sessions were all done eyes open. However, when this meeting started it was eyes open from the start!
Whew! Strangely enough, it felt normal to have my eyes open, but it also felt new and different. I had always wondered what it would be like to channel with my eyes open and I had tried to do it in the past, but it just didn’t work. I would get too caught up in the idea of having my eyes open to allow Eloheim’s message to flow.
Then, last week, it just happened.
The interesting part of this for me is that I was unable to follow the conversation. I spent the entire meeting asking questions like, “Did that make sense?” and “Did they even complete that thought?” I figured that since no one said anything or got up and left, Eloheim must have been making some sort of sense! Turns out they were.
When I first started channeling a similar experience occurred. Eloheim would finish a sentence and I wouldn’t be able to remember how the sentence began! Now, that was a strange experience. Especially as it went on for 90 minutes.
As I worked with the video I made another observation. I very carefully set up the camera to center my head in the screen THEN Eloheim slouches and the video ends up looking like I have no body. Which is an ironic twist now that I consider it.
Here is just over 9 minutes from the beginning of the meeting. The entire meeting was about 100 minutes.

Before the meeting of 2-18-09 three interesting things occurred:
1. I forgot to plug in the laptop, so we don’t have video of the first 30 minutes or so. Managing electronics while in an altered state is a tricky proposition!
2. I requested that Eloheim summarize their teachings about fear.
3. I told a story.
The story was about my recent encounter with a police officer. I have been driving for about 26 years and had never been pulled over for a moving violation.
The experience continues to teach me quite a lot!
The officer was tucked in at a four-way stop keeping an eye out for folks running the sign. I saw the officer and actually thought, “Wow, he is looking for people to pull over for running the stop sign.” When he quickly pulled in behind me I thought, “He must have somewhere to go.” When he put on his red light I thought, “He must need me to get out of his way!”
By this time my heart was racing and my body felt so strange. I didn’t have a clue what he wanted or why he had pulled me over. I didn’t know what one does in this situation AND, I kept remembering that Eloheim had used the example of getting pulled over as an example of how to deal with fear.
So, I watched my fear as best I could. It was on the brink of being emotionally overwhelming. However, I really knew that this feeling had a lot to do with my core emotion (everyone has one and mine is ‘fear of being kicked out of the tribe’). I kept watching it and tried to also keep my wits about me.
The conversation with the officer seemed to go on forever, but it was probably only a few minutes. He said that I ran the stop sign. I said that I knew the stop sign was there, felt that I had stopped, and that I had seen him watching the intersection so it is unlikely I would have ran a monitored stop sign.
Then he said the first very interesting thing (I am paraphrasing), “it is strange that we could have such different views on the same event.” Ah, I loved that comment! That put me into a more conscious place immediately. I didn’t find it strange at all. I thought that was the bit that made more sense then anything else that was happening!
You see, I was talking on my cell phone while I was driving. It is legal to talk on your cell hands free in California, but I still felt strange about doing it. Plus, I was leaving a message for a friend who I was ‘worried’ about. I WAS IN LOW VIBRATION.
I feel that I attracted the officer’s attention with my low vibrational state. He saw it as running the stop sign. I saw it as being less than fully conscious of what I was doing.
Once I got that big Aha, things shifted somewhat. I could feel the fear voice saying things like, “this is going to cost you money, you are going to have to go to a class, etc.” But, I knew that it wasn’t about money or time, it was about this moment. So, I focused on what what actually happening right now.
I was able to keep money/time fears at a minimum. The overwhelming adrenaline is another story completely though. Wow, the body response in this situation was so intense!
At some point during our conversation, I heard the small voice say, ‘make the request.’ I asked the officer if he could give me a warning. He then said the second most interesting thing of the conversation, he said, ‘How can I give you a warning for something you don’t think you did?’ I LOVED THAT RESPONSE! It was so conscious.
I replied that I would consider this driver’s training 25 years later and I promised to be more conscious about stopping fully at stop signs.
He said, OK, and let me go with a warning.
Whew! Shortly thereafter my cell phone rang. After stopping the car (!) I answered. It was a good friend saying, “My husband just saw you get pulled over on the plaza and I want to make sure you are ok. I am hosting a meeting at my house in five minutes, but I knew I had to call right away!”
Which goes to show:
1. Sonoma is a small town.
2. I have great friends.
3. I didn’t get kicked out of the tribe! (ah, the healing of the core emotion, such a powerful process)
The residual processing of the body’s reaction to this was much more difficult to process than the actual experience. I was in a lot of discomfort for the remainder of the evening. It has taught me so much that I am actually grateful for it now, but WOW was it hard at the time.
I share this story as it informs the meeting of 2-18-09 and the transcription I am including in this message. It is a very powerful summary of their teachings on fear and includes their take on my experience with the officer.
Hello everyone. There are many, many things that we can talk about tonight but let’s just briefly address the story Veronica told about the policeman. It’s very interesting to us that she told this to you all because a part of her sees you as the “tribe.” In the past, telling a story like that would have made her feel very vulnerable. So there’s progress happening, we want to acknowledge that to her because we know that even telling you what happened would have brought up a sense of jeopardy in the past.
So we understand that you have an interest in the idea of adrenaline, the feeling you get when something’s going in a direction that feels scary or dangerous or even life threatening. And, Donna, you asked how that fits in with an athlete getting a hole in one or shooting a three-point basket, so let’s look a quick look at that before we get into what we had planned to talk about.
When you find yourself in a situation that feels threatening, whatever you regard as threatening, the body goes into survival mode. When you find yourself elated, the body’s not in survival mode. That’s the big difference. So what Veronica was labeling adrenaline — and of course adrenaline has a function in that process — it’s really not an accurate description. What she was really experiencing was a threat to survival and the body’s flight or fight response, which of course is fueled by adrenaline. But let’s not blame the adrenaline for this because as Donna pointed out adrenaline shows up in other ways which you probably enjoy or wouldn’t want to miss.
So the correct languaging here would be to say that the fight or flight response kicked in and part of the issue is confusion around what to do. Remember she said, “I have no experience in this situation; I don’t know what to do.” And the answer is, be conscious — because you’re not the person you used to be, and so even if you’ve had the experience of being pulled over before or whatever else might be going on in your life, and you’re dealing with the resultant energy rush, don’t assume out of habit that you know what to do. You need to ask in that moment, just like any other moment, “What is this teaching me? How can I be more conscious? What am I learning? What is the aha here?”
For Veronica the aha was to make the request for the officer to give her a warning. “ Make the request.” That was the aha. It was a very quiet voice in the back of her head saying, “make the request”. She wouldn’t have had access to that information a year ago. She didn’t have the guts to ask a year ago. And the belief that this was a possible outcome wasn’t there a year ago. In our example of the box of 64 crayons which we’ve been using continuously since we first brought it up, those crayons weren’t in the box then. The only crayons in the box before were responses like breaking down and crying, feeling like a victim, giving up. Some of that was still in there of course. Those three colors were there but there were other colors too and she was able to use them.
So when the body starts screaming, “we’re gonna die! we’re gonna die! we’re gonna die!” — and it does to some degree or other depending on the situation — the response is to ask, “What am I learning? What is this teaching me? What is this showing me? What can I learn from this? Where’s the aha?” Sometimes you can just skip the first ones and go right to where’s the aha? Because that question is addressed to your Soul.
Remember, you have to be in the moment and you have to be wondering what you’re learning in order to request an aha, because aha’s come in the moment and the aha says “teach or show me something new here please.”
So the immediate response to fear can be a request for an aha. “How can I see this differently please?” Just remember those other crayons, because when you’re caught up in the fear response you’re only are coloring with a couple of crayons and really there are 64 in a box. In every moment there are more crayons you could use than you are currently aware of and you get to use them by requesting the aha. That’s really the most concise way we can put what we’ve been talking about for weeks. You can be conscious that you’re in a fear response rather than letting fear run away with you and take you into habit, take you into the way you used to do it, take you into the cascading fear response — where one fear leads to a more primal fear and you’re suddenly being five years old and hear some authority figure telling you you’re bad, bad, bad.
Or fear can make you jump from one fear to the next, to the next, from money worries, to housing worries, to no one loves me and how will I ever get my car fixed? Concurrent fears. You can realize that you’re in one of those patterns and catch yourself. You can watch the fear and recognize that it’s only an option rather than a mandate, and then request to connect with your Soul through the aha. That little scenario we just described, which we’ve been working with you on over the last few weeks, is the absolute key to the lock in the door of ascension at this time. From our perspective, there’s a non-negotiable need for you to grasp and start processing with that kind of understanding, because fears take you out of the moment. Almost all fears, when you step back, are based in the past or they’re based on expectations of the future, or on judgments, beliefs about what it should be like; fears are very rarely if ever actually based on the moment.
Veronica’s experience with the police officer was based on the fact that she had been pulled over but her reactions to the situation — the things that were asking for her attention — were not based in that moment. They were based on, “oh God, what’s going to happen? I’m going to have to take driver classes, pay a big fine, or my insurance will go up.” Or they were based on core emotions saying that the authority figure dictates my survival or parental issues feeling as though she were being lectured by a father figure. These fears had nothing to do with the moment. The only thing that was in the moment was her spiritual choice to be conscious about what was going on and to continually invite more consciousness in. When the officer said “I saw it this way” and she said “I saw it a completely different way,” that fact became the interesting thing in the moment. That was sort of the mini aha. And then consciousness built around that. Do you see how that works?
You can be aware of the fear driving the situation but the moment is around consciousness, what’s really happening here: “I want to be conscious of what’s happening here.” It’s sort of like while you’re lining up a golf shot you hear the birds chirping and you hear somebody laughing and you hear the plane going overhead and you see your fellow golfers out of the corner of your eye. All those other things are calling for your attention and maybe if you weren’t lining up a golf shot all those things would be fascinating. But you’re choosing to focus about what’s happening right in the moment with your golf shot. It’s a very similar process with fear. When the fears are saying, “hey, hey, hey, hey!” you’re saying, “I’m going to focus on this moment. In this moment my father is not here yelling at me; in this moment no one’s trying to put me to death; in this moment I’m not having to pay a fine; in this moment I’m not having to go to driver education class. In this moment I am having a conversation and I want to be as conscious as possible while this occurs.”
This is an evolving thing. You have a little exchange and you bring consciousness to that, and then the other person says something else so you bring more attention and more attention. As the conversation goes along different fears pop up. And just like during the golf shot you keep choosing to focus. We really want to make sure you’re all getting this, understanding that fears are simply one of the options. For a long time you haven’t been aware that there was any other options than that. We want to help you open your eyes and your senses to the other options that exist, to the other crayons in the box. You’re driving your physical form so passionately toward transformation. You’re constantly getting fears thrown up in your face to be evaluated because the body resists change and spiritually you are demanding change.
That place of conflict is going to be alive in you probably until around June, but you will be called upon over and over to learn to process fears in a new way. It will feel intense. Around June there’s another big energetic shift that’s waiting to come in and you won’t get the benefit of that new energetic shift if you’re still dallying with fears in the way you’ve always dallied with them in the past. So we’re in a cram course here to observe, be conscious and experience fears in a new way. It doesn’t mean they go away, just like the birds don’t stop chirping and the planes don’t stop flying overhead just because you decided to focus on hitting that golf ball. The fears are there for a reason; biologically there’s a perfectly good reason for fear to show up. It keeps your body going.
But the quantity of fears that the body throws up are not needed for survival. They just habitually show up in order to keep you in an old pattern that’s felt safe because it’s familiar. There’s a huge number of habitual fears that you deal with every day and the challenge in front of you is to retrain yourself to let some of those habits go. That’s the training period you’re in right now. That’s why we spent four weeks talking about fear. You’ve got the ability, the consciousness level and the vibrational level, the energy on the planet is supporting this. Because of what’s going on politically and economically you’ve got every opportunity on the planet to see fear all around you. That’s one of the reasons there’s such a crisis of fear in your communities right now. The lightworkers are healing the relationship to fear and transforming the energetic in support of the quantum leap that’s possible in 2009 not only for the lightworkers but for society in general.
That’s a long introduction but we wanted to address some of the things that came up during Veronica’s sharing and also give you a summary of where we’ve been in the last three weeks and where we’re headed. That way we can help you frame your questions and support you in where you’re finding challenges around this new way of being.

The last three Eloheim meetings have focused on our relationship with fear. Eloheim has made it clear that a major step in the Spiritual Journey at this time is to learn that fears are “options not mandates.”
Recently a wonderful volunteer has come forward to transcribe some of the Eloheim materials. This allows me to offer Eloheim quotes to supplement the videos I have already provided. Eloheim did mini sessions with everyone in the room. They asked, “What are you afraid of?”
A lot of your fears, and this means everybody, are fears about:
“I won’t be able to handle it. I won’t be able to handle it therefore it has to be bad. This is bad because I can’t handle it.”
Where the reality that is being handed to you now is, “This too shall teach me. And I don’t know what I’m capable of handling until the moment arises because I’ve never been “challenged” this way at the vibrational level I’m currently occupying.”
This is one of the key components of this discussion tonight. Please take this with you. You have not experienced your world from the vibrational level that you are currently occupying with the supporting vibration of the planet at the level the planet is currently occupying. You’ve never had to deal with life from this place, therefore any fear you have of not being able to handle it is actually negated by the reality of,
“I don’t know what I can handle. I have not been asked to handle this yet.”
So you’re afraid of something because at a previous vibrational level and/or a past life you were not able to do it. .. you’re still carrying that reluctance,”I’m not capable, I’m not capable.”
When the moment arises that you have to deal with something and you bring this high vibrational attention to it, with the insight of the Soul, conscious of the fears that you’re experiencing, all of a sudden they fall away.
We saw this happen with Veronica when her cat went missing, she didn’t think she could handle it, she didn’t think she could do the things that she’s done in the process of looking for the cat, she found herself crawling around underneath the house, she thought, “I never in a million years would have thought I would find myself underneath the house,” but there she was underneath the house. She literally sat there with a flashlight thinking, “I’m under a house! How can I be under a house? I should be afraid!” But she recognized, that uncomfortable, yes. Afraid no. Uncomfortable, yes; Not a preference; Wouldn’t do it again given the choice.
But making the choice to get up and make a speech, or climb underneath the house with a flashlight or believe in your own human ability to believe in your own body’s connection to the truth; That’s what you’re being asked.
That’s why we’re talking about this tonight. Because the fears are telling you, “you can’t” and the “you” they’re talking to is a previous version of you.
And if you don’t get conscious of the fact that the “you” that fear is talking to isn’t who you are [now], it’ll be more challenging than it needs to be for you to deal with the things that come up. Understood?
So you are here saying, “I’m well, yet I fear being unwell,” but the reality is that the vibrational level that you’re able to maintain is the ‘well vibration’ and the fear of the old you somehow coming back and taking that away from you is just the body saying, “we’re really unsure of what’s going on here.”
That’s where you reassure your body: We’re on the path; Let’s be conscious. And when the fear comes up you say, “Yup, that’s the old fear, that’s the old me, the old me lived that way. I don’t live that way anymore. How do I live? I live from insight, I live from consciousness and I live from awareness that fears are not controlling me, they’re simply advising me. And I can say yes or no to their advice.”

In this clip from the meeting held in Sonoma, CA on 1-28-09, Eloheim discusses fear. This was a long meeting (105 minutes) as after their introductory comments, Eloheim did a mini session with each person present to look at and help transform the fears they were feeling. Since Eloheim moved around the room, there isn’t a lot of video beyond what I have included below! However, we do have the audio file of the entire meeting available.
Eloheim has previously shared that it is the body’s job to stay alive. Fear is the way that the body lets you know, “Hey, this could get you dead!” The body views change as a risk to its’ survival and reacts with fear. The Soul enters the human body with the express desire to experience change (transformation).
Managing these very different perspectives is a major component of the spiritual journey.
Here are some quotes from the video:
Your body is constantly looking for things it needs to be afraid of in order to protect you from those things.
In your desire for transformation you are actually pitting your spiritual journey against your survival instinct….[this must be] dealt with consciously or it can be paralyzing.
You are shepherding the body into this transformational space, as you shepherd the body …you have to be conscious that its’ job, all this time, is to look out for things it should be afraid of. Therefore, you live in fear until you become conscious of how those fears are either serving you or restricting you.
Here are some quotes from one of the mini-sessions during the meeting:
[When you desire to make a change] The mind and the body say, “Plan, plan, plan.” The spiritual journey is saying, “You can allow insight to inspire action.”…. now, because you are all raising your vibration to such a degree, you are starting to experience the gulf … between how you used to do it and how you [now] know it works better for you. In between those two places is this void of, “I have to choose.” Sometimes, because these are two distinctly different vibrational levels, you are trying to have your body in one ….and your spirit …[in another]. The two cannot be reconciled because they are too vibrationally different now.
You are now wanting to handle things from a high vibrational perspective so …. nothing seems to happen [unless you approach the situation from high vibration].
Be cautious that you don’t feel you have to match energy to solve a “problem.”
You are asking yourself to start functioning from a completely new place, that you are not familiar with, in big decision making. In the “I am going to get dead” place, you are not used to making that become high vibrational. Sure maybe you can make the speech, but can you make a major life decision from high vibration? That’s why we are talking about it tonight. Because you need to start being able to do that. So, it’s not easy, but we are starting; we are just at the beginning of this process.
